Terms and Conditions of London Crew Limited

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of crewing services by London Crew Limited ("the Company"). By booking our services, the Client agrees to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment Terms
2.1. The minimum booking duration is 2 hours.
2.2. Weekend and unsociable hours rates apply.
2.3. For UK-based clients:

  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
  • The remaining 50% payment is due upon job completion. 2.4. For international clients:
  • 50% payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining 50% balance is required 24 hours before the event date or may be extended with prior communication and approval from London Crew Ltd Accounts.
  • All changes or amendments within 24 hours will incur an additional admin charge of 10%.
  • 48 hours of confirmed notice is required for any jobs with 6 crew or above.
  • Confirmation of payment must be provided in the form of a deposit or purchase order (PO).

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
3.1. Cancellations or date changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged at 100% of the booking rate.
3.2. Cancellations or date changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged at 50% of the booking rate.
3.3. This cancellation policy applies only to general crew bookings and does not cover specialist crew, including but not limited to techs, riggers, forklift drivers, and carpenters.
3.4. For specialist crew (including but not limited to techs, riggers, forklift drivers, and carpenters):

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged at 100% of the booking rate.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged at 50% of the booking rate.
  • A full cancellation with no charge requires a minimum of 5 days' notice.

4. Service Provision
4.1. The Company will provide crew members as per the agreed booking details.
4.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe.

5. Liability
5.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
5.2. The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services in question.

6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

7. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
